Classic Elegance with Black Embroidered Roses on shiny Crisp Black Organza, with an embroidered scalloped edge. A beautiful Red Organza Rose has been added with black and green organza ribbons (curling is temporary but easily duplicated). The rose removes easily revealing a simple red satin ribbon bow which is permanently attached. Elasticized waist. Unless otherwise requested in a note with payment or via email, waist will be made for 19". I recommend hand washing for all my tutus. Props and moms are not included. One of my favorite skirts, I named this one after my dear mother, who always encouraged me to follow my dreams.
