Tie-dyed Lilac Crepe with ruffles and satin embroidered stripes. Elasticized waist. Unless otherwise requested in a note with payment or via email, waist will be made for 19". I recommend hand washing for all my tutus. Props and Darling Great-Great Nieces are not included. This skirt is named for my father's first Great-Great-Granddaughter, Princess Jocylin, born in April 2008. It's hard to believe that my nephew is a grandfather!!
