The bright Red satin Bow and Black Tulle underskirt makes this one of the cutest little skirts around. And just because I found them, the first FOUR Moo-Moo skirts sold will also get a cute little foam Moo-Moo MASK! The skirt is approx 9" long with a 19" elastic waist. I recommend hand washing for all my tutus. Okay, I didn't name this one after a relative or close friend little Princess, but I couldn't resist the name!!! Props other than the mask are not included.
