This Bold Rainbow skirt is made with an organza print of geometric Rainbow on a black background. The weave is such that it appears as though satin ribbons are woven throughout. The skirt is approx 7-1/2" long with a 19" elastic waist. I recommend hand washing for all my tutus. This lively skirt is named for my Aunt Teddy. She still sees a rainbow beauty in everything. Props and aunts are not included.
