This simple yet elegant skirt is named for my Grandmother, Nelle. This wonderful Princess was a model wife and mother and I truly wish I had known her.  This picture was taken of her in 1906.

 

Elasticized waist.  Unless otherwise requested in a note with payment or via email, waist will be made for 19".

 

I recommend hand washing for all my tutus.
