~ No. Absolutely not. Pettiskirts are very full and longer and much more expensive. They aren't what little ballerinas or skaters should wear to class or for practice at home, as they are much too poofy.
~ Our skirts are practical alternatives to the small practice skirts you get in Walmart or Sears or other places that carry the basic skirts, leotards and tights.

~ Tutus4Tots skirts are generally one or possibly two layers of organza, tulle, crepe or cotton, and are SHORT - approx 9" long, just enough to cover the bum or possibly about half-way to the knees, depending on how long your child is there.

~ AND your child can PLAY in these skirts! They are constructed to withstand the vigorous play of my now 4-yr old granddaughter!!

~Update: I am branching out into short poofy fantasy skirts just for fun. Still Reasonably priced.

At this time, I am limiting my production to skirts for girls up to 6 years. If you have a child just over that age, and she can wear a 9" skirt, let me know what her waist is and I can adjust the elastic accordingly. But I do pre-cut the fabric for a 9" finished length.

Are the skirts available in other colors? There's a lot of pink and black here. TOP

~I'm pretty much sticking to fabrics that go well with pink or black leotards and tights, since that's pretty much what is offered in the stores for colors.

~I know that you can get tights in other colors, so please don't hesitate to email me and we can see what can be done!

~Update: You may notice I'm adding more color but still sticking to what goes with Black or Pink Leotards and Tights.

~ Certainly! You may pickup your new tutu!! I live in the Tuscany subdivision, in the far Northwest corner of Calgary. Just choose "Calgary (pick up)" from the shipping options and there will be no shipping charges.

~ I will deliver within northwest Calgary to Cochrane but you will still need to choose "Canada" in the shipping options and the shipping fee charged will cover my gas & time. I do have a daytime job so we would have to arrange delivery around our respective schedules.
